An African refugee father living in a rental in Salt Lake City has been reunited with his 8 yr.old daughter whom he has not seen since 2004.
Since he left Africa he and his daughter have only had a phone relationship according to the folks at https://www.ksl.com/?nid=960&sid=16112902 .
“I’m excited. I’m happy. So happy. I finally going to be a real dad. Not phone dad,” he said. “I’m going to say ‘Thanks America.’ I want to thank everyone. God bless this country.”
