It seems like you’re never really able to find great SLC apts when you need one. Either all the apartment units are full, or the price is too high. Regardless, searching is a giant pain.

That’s why I want to take a minute to review the super-cool SLC apts, Park Capitol.

I used to live just down the street from this place, in fact, I almost moved in here a few years ago. Park Capitol apartments are in just about the best downtown SLC location you could hope for.

Right across the street from the State Capitol, this place has easy access to restaurants (15 within 1 mile), coffee, shopping, schools, parks (12 within 1 mile), bookstores, groceries, a giant mall, the post office, public transportation, and more.

You can easily go without a car in this neighborhood — my family and I used to walk nearly everywhere when we lived a few blocks away.
