Salt Lake City Apartments: New Apartments for Sugarhouse?

New Salt Lake City apartments seem to have been approved with the city giving $5 million to a developer that is planning to build apartments and commercial shops in Sugarhouse.

Surrounded by controversy, this developer once promised condos according to an article published by the Salt Lake Tribune.

Now, the tune has changed and we’ll be getting apartments instead.

Which is great news for people hoping to live in the area – one of Salt Lake City’s most eclectic neighborhoods.

These apartments will be close to everything, banks, bookstores, restaurants, public transportation, you name it.

While the controversy rages, anyone who likes living in apartments had better cross their fingers that these actually get built. It’d be a great neighborhood to live in.
